Why We Started

The firm was established in 2024 by Mr. Abdullah Tareq to address the increasing need for specialized intellectual property services in Iraq. Recognizing the challenges businesses face in protecting their trademarks and other intellectual assets, Mr. Abdullah Tareq, along with Iraq’s elite IP lawyers, founded the firm to provide expert guidance and comprehensive legal support in this critical area. Mr. Abdullah Tareq brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm, holding a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from one of Europe’s prestigious universities and currently pursuing a PhD in Law. His advanced academic background and expertise drive the firm’s commitment to excellence
